The Growth Trifecta

Growth. πŸ“ˆ

While it can mean so many things for different people, we can generally divide them into 3 levels: personal, organizational, and societal.

Growth in each level reverberates into the others, creating an ecosystem of growth.

This is the growth trifecta.

I’ve spent more than 2 decades using the growth trifecta as my guiding principle.

I credit it for much of my wins in my personal, organizational, and social pursuits.

And I’m happy to share it with you.

The 3 Levels of Growth
1. Personal or Individual Growth

Growing as a person, personally and professionally.
Becoming a better leader, a kinder person to yourself and others, a more skilled professional.

2. Organizational or Business Growth

Growing your organization or business, or the one you work for.

3. Societal or Impact Growth

Growing your positive impact to the people around you, the planet, and wherever your heart is.

I’ve seen how this holistic growth immensely benefits myself and loved ones, my business and employees, and the world I live in through my for-impact initiatives.

I guess you can say that I reaped the benefit of it.

I hope you do, too.

My Challenge to You

I challenge myself to grow myself in these 3 levels.

I challenge you as well.

Everyday, instead of creating a task list, create a list of impacts that you want to create on a personal, organizational, and societal level.

Every time you act, ask yourself:
πŸ™‹ How does this affect my personal development?
πŸ† How does it make my organization better?
🌏 How does it change society?

See how it affects your life and those around you.

Let’s grow.
